Essential Handwear for Consciousness Migration continues the speculative universe of Paxville – Consciousness Migration (2024) by CURIOSKI, specifically expanding on the setting of the “Pool of Love” a space where individuals can alter their bodily structure to achieve sensory experiences beyond those possible in the physical world.
This work takes place “upstream” from the “Pool of Love”, within a fictional environment that offers virtual glove-fitting services. It further explores how the hand can change the way we interact with ourselves and with the virtual world around us.
